Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) is a worldwide recognized certificate. It shows the professional skills and competency in requirements engineering to international standard level of the holders. The cerification is organized by the International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB e.V.).

The Certification Model consists of three subsequent levels, namely Foundation (CPRE-FL), Advanced (CPRE-AL), and Expert (CPRE-EL).  The certified examinations are provided in over 30 countries including Thailand. 

WSwEC has annouced the first CPRE-FL person, certified in Thailand on 09/02/2013.

Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) เป็น certificate ที่ได้รับการยอมรับทั่วโลกว่าผู้ถือมีทักษะและความสามารถทางวิศวกรรมความต้องการในระดับนานาชาติ certificate นี้ออกโดย the International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB e.V.) ซึ่งเป็นองค์กรเกิดจากความร่วมมือของนักวิชาการและผู้เชี่ยวชาญในด้านวิศกรรมความต้องการระดับนานาชาติ สำนักงานใหญ่ตั้งอยู่ที่ประเทศเยอรมณี

CPRE แบ่งเป็น 3 ระดับ ได้แก่ ระดับ Foundation, Advanced, และ Expert มีการจัดสอบวัดแล้วใน 58 ประเทศทั่วโลก

ศูนย์วิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์มีความยินดีที่ได้ประกาศชื่อผู้ผ่านการประเมินความสามารถเพื่อได้รับใบรับรองมืออาชีพ CPRE ระดับ CPRE-FL ขึ้นในประเทศไทยครั้งแรกแล้ว ตั้งแต่วันที่ 9 กุมภาพันธ์ 2556
